Sandstone cave One of the caves in the Sandstone Cave complex. Weather has easily eroded the outcrop of soft sandstone by removing the white sand visible on the cave floor.

Emu crossing road Emus are commonly seen on roads in the Pilliga.

Salt Cave Salt Cave in the Pilliga Reserve contained naturally salt which early settlers harvested.
