This site contains records of several years of caravan travelling around Australia by a couple of grey nomads. The site includes photographs, record of our travels, and useful information for other travellers planning to go where we have been. Click on a blue heading below to enter the site. Photographs More than 1000 photographs of Australia give potential visitors some idea of what to expect. Photograph collections are sorted by regions so the first step is to select the part of Australia you want to look at. Journals Daily journals of caravan trips, including observations on the scenery and our activities, will entertain and inform experienced and intended travellers alike. Journals are sorted by year of travel. Birds Photographs and fact sheets dealing with more than 140 bird species are included. These species are the ones travellers most often see along the road, near camping grounds or while (quietly) walking in the bush. Photographs and information here allow the curious to identify birds and learn something about them. Blog A daily blog is available when we are travelling. Links are indicated by blue coloured text. Placing the cursor over an active link turns the text red on a yellow background with thin red outline. Visited links are a different shade of blue. On smaller photographs serving as links the cursor changes to a pointing hand when passed over the photograph. We trust you enjoy the results of our work.
